How much does it cost?
The price shown on each Creator's profile is all-inclusive; it already includes Sherpagent's service fee, so there's no separate fee to negotiate once you agree to a deal. If a specific follower range and category doesn't have enough data yet, the profile shows "Contact for pricing" instead, and we'll give you an estimate directly.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can browse and submit an inquiry without signing up or logging in.
How do I get started?
Search and browse creators, then send an inquiry from a profile you're interested in. Not sure who's right for your campaign? Use our Contact page instead; tell us about your project and we'll recommend a match.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Our team reviews your budget, then reaches out to the Creator (by phone or messaging app) to work out scheduling and pricing on your behalf. Once everything's agreed, we contact you with the details and send an invoice.
Do you just introduce me to a creator, or help with the content too?
Both. Star KH isn't only matchmaking; our team helps plan the concept and structure for each video before it's shot, not just relay a one-line brief. Once the video is live, we also analyze how it performed and share what worked.
How long until I hear back?
We aim to respond within 1-2 business days of your inquiry.
How does payment work?
Once a deal is agreed, Sherpagent invoices you directly. Payment terms (currency, method, due date) are specified in the invoice.
Can I contact the Creator directly?
No, every deal runs through Sherpagent as intermediary, and Creators' real names and social media accounts are never shared with Brands. This protects Creators from unsolicited outreach and is why they're comfortable sharing real performance video with us. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I use the video as a paid ad (boosted post)?
That's negotiated case-by-case during mediation; it isn't automatically included just because a Creator submitted the video to the platform. Let us know when you inquire if this is something you're considering.
My business doesn't have a website, can I still inquire?
Yes. The inquiry form accepts a Google Maps listing link as an alternative, which works well for restaurants and local shops.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Yes. Your inquiry details are used only to run the matching and mediation process; we don't sell or share them with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
