The creator posted your content. That's not the finish line — it's the point where you actually find out whether the campaign worked. Don't assume success; measure it.
If you sell online
This part is straightforward. Track how many people visited your Facebook page or clicked through to your website or landing page after the video went live. That traffic tells you fairly directly how much the creator actually moved the needle.
If you run a physical business
A restaurant or storefront can't rely on website traffic alone, so measurement takes more creativity.
- Watch your reservations. Did bookings noticeably increase right after the video went live?
- Ask customers directly. A simple "how did you hear about us?" from staff at the point of visit tells you a lot, cheaply.
- Create a dedicated offer. Give viewers of that specific video a discount or voucher, and track redemptions. This ties the content directly to real customers walking in the door.
Keep watching Engagement Score after launch, too
The same formula still applies after the campaign goes live: (Saves + Shares) ÷ Views. Keep tracking it — it tells you how many people were moved enough to consider acting, not just how many scrolled past.
The bottom line
Measure direct conversions wherever you can. Where you can't, get creative about proxies that connect content to real customers. And in either case, look past view count — what actually matters is how many people took action, not how many people watched.
How Star KH fits in
Measurement is part of what we do after a campaign launches — not just the intro and negotiation. Browse our current creators or get in touch to start a campaign we'll help you track end to end.
